Luis Eagle Thunder

Luis Eagle Thunder (Wambli Wakinyan) is a citizen of the Rosebud Sioux Nation. He was born in the black hills known by the Lakota as Hesapa kin lila wakan. He has spend 23 years in Information Technology from Engineering to Executive Support and IT management roles. He served in the Unites States Navy Reserve. He has a passion for serving his American Indian community and helping uplift stories and change makers around Indian country.
